We apologize if you are dissatisfied with your search results or the PeopleFinders service. We want you to be happy!
How We Refund
PeopleFinders provides refunds on a case-by-case basis. If the report you ordered did not contain the information you need, we may either provide a refund or offer you another search at no additional cost. Please call our Customer Care Team within 15 days of the original purchase for assistance. We are unable to process refund requests received via email.
Monday – Friday
7:00am - 6:00pm PST
Saturday – Sunday
7:00am - 3:30pm PST
If we do decide to issue a refund, please note that it may take several days before the credit appears in your bank or credit card account. If you want to verify before then that the refund went through on our end, please Contact Us.
For any purchases made through our mobile app, any refunds will have to go through the App Store or Google Play.
