How do I change my password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the Login page.

Steps to change your password

1. Click on "Forgot Your Password?" on the Login page.

2. On the Forgot Password page, enter the email address associated with your account

3. Click on "Reset Password."

If you know your password but just want to update it periodically, you can go through the above password reset process, or you can change your password via your Dashboard/Account page. Simply log into your account as you would normally. Go to the "Your Account" tab on your Dashboard, and then click on "Change Password."

With either approach, you should receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. If you do not receive this email, or are otherwise having trouble updating your password, please contact Customer Care for assistance.
